1. Information We Collect
When you use our tools (such as the Home Purchase Analyzer), we collect the information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Approximate financial information (rent, income, savings)
- Purchase preferences (area, estimated timeline)
- Contact information when you write to us by WhatsApp or SMS
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Give you personalized results in our tools
- Respond to your questions by WhatsApp or SMS
- Connect you with financing options if you request it
3. Service Providers and How We Share
We do not sell your information to third parties. To deliver our tools and respond to your inquiry, we work with service providers under confidentiality agreements. We share your information only with them, and only to provide you the service:
- Supabase (contact and tool database)
- n8n (form processing)
- Twilio (SMS, WhatsApp, and calls)
- ElevenLabs (automated virtual phone assistant)
- OpenRouter (natural-language processing for Esperanza and the voice assistant)
- Resend / Gmail (email delivery)
- Google Analytics (anonymous, aggregated usage analytics)
- Meta and Google Ads (ad-conversion measurement only — see below)
These providers process your information solely to provide the service to us. We do not sell your personal information. To measure whether our ads work, we share a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your email or phone number with Meta and Google. This hashing is irreversible — they cannot read your actual email or phone number from it, and we use it only to count ad conversions, never to sell your information. If you decide to work with a lender, we will ask your permission before sharing any information with that person.
4. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. WhatsApp communications are end-to-end encrypted by the WhatsApp platform.
5. Your Rights
You may request that we delete your information at any time by writing to us by SMS at (833) 977-2202, or by email at info@detuladocasas.com.
